Back From Vacation!

We made it back last Sunday and this past week the weather was so great here, we worked in the yard and garage. But here are a few pictures from the trip.

We took the dogs with and here is Poochie and the remote. She loves to watch her favorite shows even while on vacation :)

We went to the Kansas City Zoo and here is a close up of the seal. He was within inches of me. SO cute

Hubby loves barbeque so...here is the best barbeque in the World! Oklahoma Joes in Kansas City, the resturant is in a gas station, but the food is AWESOME! we got there a little after Noon and the line continued til after 1 -- mmmm....good

And of course we went to some quilt shops and here are my treasures.

And we traveled thru Iowa and saw some great barn quilts. here is one

All in all a wonderful vacation, several barbeque stops, 9 quilt shops, the zoo and lots of other adventures.
